To maintain a peaceful environment, our waiting area is reserved for scheduled clients only. We kindly ask that children remain at home whenever possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Arrival
Please plan to arrive on time, taking potential traffic delays into account.
Tardiness
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, services may need to be modified or rescheduled due to strict scheduling and sanitation protocols.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
At A.U.A. SkinCare, we are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining an efficient schedule for all clients.
• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to two times.
• After two reschedules or cancellations, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without incurring fees.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service fee, and a repeated history of no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Automated Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we send automated reminders via text and email 24 hours before your appointment to help prevent missed bookings.
