Please keep in mind, that our waiting area is limited and reserved for those who have appointments. We kindly ask you to leave the children at home, if possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time. Take traffic delays into consideration.

TARDINESS
Please contact us if you will be 10+ minutes late to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but in some cases, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled due to strict scheduling and cleaning procedures.

As a courtesy, we send automated 24-hour reminders of your upcoming appointment via text and email, to help prevent accidentally missing your appointment.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy

At A.U.A. SkinCare, we strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling, please follow our rescheduling/cancellation policy:

Rescheduling/Cancellations:

• You are allowed to reschedule/cancel your appointment up to two times.

• After two reschedules/cancellations, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling/cancellations to avoid any fees.

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment(s), please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an AUTOMATIC credit card charge. If you don't cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a $60 CANCELLATION FEE.

For a “No Show” Your card will automatically be charged a $60 CANCELLATION FEE. A continued history of no-shows may result in refusal of service.
